Mapo Tofu Mix

Having the sinking feeling that this might actually be difficult to find - bought it the other day and last night cranked out a delicious dish of tofu and ground turkey that might save me from having to wait til I make it to my favorite restaurant in Paris to have a good (not too jelly) mapo tofu - ingredients seem fairly wholesome, comes out as a paste a bit like Thai curry that you turn into a sauce.
